Custom Orders

Some customers know EXACTLY what they want, and have the finished art, terrific! Here's how we accept the ready-to-go art:

The best and most usable artwork for screen printing is Vector art - it is completely scalable and transfers the best for printing.

We accept all the following Art file types for screen printing:

Adobe Illustrator (vector art) (.ai)

Vector (.eps)

Photoshop (.psd) (Please provide at a resolution of 300 dpi or higher)

PDF

JPEG (Please provide at a resolution of 300 dpi or higher)

TIFF (Please provide at a resolution of 300 dpi or higher)

Convert any text to outlines:

If you are creating your file in Adobe Illustrator, you will need to choose "Create Outlines" on all your text.

This allows us to open the file without requiring the font.

If you’re working with an idea that needs modification, or you’re not exactly sure what you want, that’s fine too! We will work with you to make the necessary changes to the art that will make your project a success. Art fees are based on time, and art approval is always provided before production.

Standard turnaround for custom jobs is 2 weeks from art approval.

There are four things that determine the price in a custom screen printing job:

• The kind of garment (tee shirts, sweatshirts, polos, hats, jackets)
• Number of garments
• Number of ink colors
• Number of print locations (front, back, sleeve)

Just like screen printing: What are we embroidering? How many are you looking to have done? How many locations are we stitching? How many thousands of stitches will it take to complete your image?

We will determine the stitch count when we see your logo.
